Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

  1. Conduct training needs assessments based on various inputs
  2. Plan and develop seasonal training calendars aligned with organizational goals.
  3. Design course outlines and select qualified instructors to deliver programs.
  4. Communicate with and evaluate training institutes
  5. Design and implement training programs, measure effectiveness, and propose improvement actions.
  6. Participate in the semi-annual performance appraisal process.
  7. Contribute to employee development initiatives such as mentoring programs and assessment centers.
  8. Collaborate in developing and updating job profiles
  9. Prepare and maintain Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for employees.
  10. Manage the “HR Academy” development project at Fakoor Sanat Tehran.

 

Requirements:

 

  1. Bachelor degree in Industrial engineering, Human Resources, Education, or a related field
  2. 25-35 years old
  3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, or a related capacity
  4. communication and presentation skills
  5. Ability to analyze data to assess training effectiveness and improve programs.
  6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
