We’re looking for a young, creative, and energetic HR Learning and Development Specialist to join our Human Resources Development team. In this role, you’ll contribute to building a learning-oriented culture, support the implementation of HR infrastructure, and collaborate closely with whole company and external partners to design and deliver impactful development initiatives.
*Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support training, coaching, and learning programs across the organization.
Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure effective implementation of performance management processes.
Contribute to the design and development of HR infrastructure, including organizational values, competency models, and career development frameworks.
Collect, analyze, and manage HR data to support decision-making and improvement initiatives.
Handle routine HR operations related to employee development, engagement, and experience.
Support HR branding and communication initiatives to promote learning culture and employee experience.
Coordinate with external training institutes and service providers to coordinate learning activities.
Assist in other HR projects and continuous improvement activities as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in learning & development or talent management.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Passionate about learning, growth, and innovation in people development.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to work with data and digital tools.
Proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset with a positive energy.
