Internal Manager

Job Description

Danjeh Art Group seeks a strategic and dynamic Internal Manager to lead and optimize internal processes within our retail, shop, and supermarket operations in Tehran. Established in 2019, we are committed to excellence in service and efficiency, and this role will play a key part in driving our goals forward.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive work process improvements.
- Create and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize reporting tools to monitor and report on business performance.
- Collaborate with executive management to develop strategic initiatives.
- Ensure all internal operations align with company objectives and customer expectations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or Management.
- Proven experience in designing and improving work processes.
- Proficiency in drafting and implementing SOPs.
- Familiarity with reporting tools and analytics.
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
