POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for an exceptional and forward-thinking Chief Operating Officer (COO) to architect, scale, and operate an AI-native organization around our OTT platform business. You will be responsible for designing structures, workflows, and execution systems that allow a purpose-built team to deliver what traditionally requires multiple departments—powered by automation and AI.
Your responsibilities include executing and optimizing company operations through intelligent systems such as:
● Organizational Architecture: Designing AI-first team structures, decision frameworks, and accountability systems
● Process Automation: Creating automation pipelines for delivery, customization, onboarding, reporting, and internal operations
● Workflow Optimization: Eliminating operational friction through AI agents, async systems, and intelligent task distribution
● Cross-Functional Leadership: Aligning product, engineering, sales, and delivery into a unified execution engine
● Performance & KPI Design: Defining metrics focused on output, speed, quality, and scalability—not headcount
● Execution Governance: Ensuring operational excellence while maintaining startup speed and flexibility
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
● Reviewing AI-generated operational dashboards highlighting bottlenecks, delivery risks, and execution velocity
● Designing or refining SOPs that are executable by both humans and AI agents
● Automating a previously manual workflow (e.g., client onboarding or platform customization)
● Coordinating asynchronously with Product and Engineering to unblock execution
● Stress-testing organizational structure against upcoming growth scenarios
● Reporting operational insights to the CEO with data-backed recommendations
● Continuously removing complexity from systems, processes, and decision flows
