About the Organisation
A well-established, reputable, and fast-growing organisation in the Telecommunications and ICT sector is seeking an accomplished executive to assume the role of Chief Executive Officer.
Role Mission
We are seeking a transformational, results-driven, and execution-focused leader to take full ownership of the organisation's strategic direction and operational leadership. The CEO will enhance organisational agility, strengthen operational effectiveness, and drive sustainable growth through new revenue streams and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
•Executive Leadership & Organisational Alignment: Provide unified leadership across all divisions, set clear strategic and operational objectives, and ensure accountability for performance and results.
•Business Development & Revenue Growth: Design and execute growth strategies, develop new services and solutions, enter new markets, and redefine revenue models aligned with the business ecosystem.
•Financial & Commercial Acumen: Strong command of P&L management, data-driven economic decision-making, cost optimisation, and long-term profitability.
•Agile Decision-Making in Complex Environments: Make timely, high-impact decisions in dynamic and uncertain conditions, with a solid understanding of market trends.
Qualifications
•Proven senior leadership experience as CEO, Board Member, or Executive Director within medium to large organisations.
•Recognised as a hands-on executive leader, strong finisher, and strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to lead transformation.
•Experience in Telecommunications or ICT is considered a strong advantage; however, it is not a strict requirement. Exceptional leadership capability, strong business acumen, and the ability to rapidly understand and master industry dynamics are the primary selection criteria.
