- Assist in the preparation and compilation of human resource strategies for the development of the organization's macro strategy .
- Support and monitor the analysis and review of all the behavioral and attitudinal studies and surveys of employees in order to compilation of development of human resources .
- Analyze, design and review the jobs of the organization .
