-Prepare managerial reports based on each company requirements
-Design workflows for payroll procedures in cooperation with CHRO
-Accurately prepare documents related to employee payrolls based on company standards and procedures
-Accurately perform calculations related to payroll
-Prepare monthly time sheets for each company
-Cooperate closely with Employees, Human Resources, Administration and -Accounting Teams to complete all required documents
-Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records.
-Completely implement process related to supplementary insurance and document all files
-Accurately document all issues and paper works related to payroll
-Prepare, update and manage employee contracts in a timely manner
-Analyze problems related to payroll procedures and provide company with effective improvements
-Monitor compliance of payroll procedures with country legislations
-Follow up the personnel issues related to payroll and benefits and have excellent level of responsiveness
-Administrating termination process activity accordingly caused by resignation OR dismissal based on Iran Labor Law and other policies
-Maintain and update HR Database
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Mathematics, Accounting
-At least 3 years’ experience in similar position
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Highly organized with great attention to detail
-Good understanding of employment laws and labor issues
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
-Excellent Time management practices
-Ability to work with mathematical concepts
-Ability to remain flexible and handle multiple tasks
-Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee data
-Ability to work in a team environment; demonstrating utmost professionalism
-Ideal Age Range: 25 - 35
