Job Description

• Serves as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems • Analyses and modifies compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensures compliance with legal requirements • Advises managers on organizational policy, such as discipline policy and recommends needed changes • Coordinate all hiring stages from sourcing to boarding, including candidates Interview and Contract management • Design and implement the KPI management system and conduct motivational programs to increase employee satisfaction • Developing human resource instructions and Job analysis • Administrative and general service processes • Organizational training process • Organization's talent management process • Purchase and supply company required and Essentials • monitoring and support services, formalities and HSE • Communicating with governmental and non-governmental organizations and departments and get permissions and licenses (such as bank, social security, municipality, Company Registration Organization, insurance, telecommunications, etc.)

Requirements

• At least 4 years Prior Human Resources and Leadership experience • Education: B.S. in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant fields • Knowledge and Skills: • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures and aspects • knowledge of employment/labor laws, Tax and S.S.O affairs • Excellent communication and people management skills • Retention, Attendance, Payroll, Job grading • People and Organisational Development, Career path • Performances Measuring, Training • Personality and Soft Skills: • Influencing and negotiating skills • Leadership and management skills • Have a sufficiently broad experience base to be able to exercise independent thought and decision-making • Ability to motivate and train others, have a positive thinking, strong analytical analysis and able to work independently • Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach • Very flexible in confronting new challenges • Good judgment, patient, passion to learn • Managing conflicts, positive can-do type of attitude • Ability to work with confidential information • Tolerance of ambiguity, nurture a positive working environment
