- Planning and managing transportation activities of the company, Provide administrative support and office staff
- Responsible for recruitment, training, performance evaluation of all staff (Office/ Field) on a proper timing.
- Supporting senior managers to follow mission, vision and value of organization with considering both company and employs rights
- Following internal rules and policies, developing organization culture and knowledge.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- General interview with selected candidates and coordinating for next interview if the candidate clears the HR interview
- Design and revising guidelines, procedures and policies
- Maintains company structures by updating requirements
- Quarterly performance assessment and evaluation of all employee, documenting results and planning for performance development strategies with help of managers and senior managers
- Ensure legal compliance, ensure the enforcement of internal lanes in both of organization field and office staff,
- Responsible for wright agreement with all employees on a quarterly basis
- HR documentation regarding joining, resignation, leave records of employees maintain exit interview records
- Develop job requisition for new joiners
- Managing all official events
Requirements
- At least Bachelor degree ( HR MBA preferable)
- 10 years or more experience in relevant field
- Advance Knowledge of HR policies and process
- Knowledge of Labor and Social Law
- Exceptional communication skills
