- Implement HR strategies, processes, projects, initiatives and policies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of related experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication; high quality document and report preparation
- Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of both business and HR teams
- Ability to analyze Data, preparing the analytical reports and work with related graphs.
- Negotiation & Relationship management skills
- Problem solving and proactive approach
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines under stress
- Good Knowledge of Iran Labor Law
- Excellent in Ms. Office.
