Job Description

- Resolving performance rating disagreements - Succession planning - Guiding managers on promotions, demotions and transfer - Finalizing salary plan/budget - Providing Degree performance evaluation - Creating and developing HR strategies, systems and processes in collaboration with the management team - Organizational design, workforce planning, and skills assessment - Responsible for administering performance appraisal system and performance management program - Developing recruitment strategies, policies and procedures - Managing and develop the employee new hire orientation materials and on-boarding processes - Managing the organization’s employee database and prepare reports - Providing guidance on employee behavior and conflict resolution

Requirements

- 5 years experience in the related field - Talent recruitment, interviewing, hiring and orientation - Mediating employee conflict and assisting managers with discipline and termination of employees falls under the job responsibilities payroll management, insurance benefits, medical or disability leave and compliance with labor laws
