● Assisting in the manpower planning process.
● Supporting factory managers in preparing and integrating individual development plans.
● Reviewing CVs and preparing a shortlist for non-managerial vacant positions.
● Collaborating in the execution of the performance management system.
● Contributing to the implementation of people review for blue-collar staff.
● Running and implementing LMS and monitoring the development of the tools.
Requirements
● Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management fields.
● Minimum two years of HR experience.
● Fluent in English.
● Advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint.
● Good knowledge of sourcing and recruitment models and channels.
● Assertive communication and feedback skills.
● Time management skills.
