- Familiarity with work hierarchy and pertinent payroll particulars
- Implementing routine employee evaluation
- Organizing and executing training programs for employees
- Designing and executing ideas for elevating employees’ work satisfaction
- formidable grasp on Microsoft Office
- Fully informed on latest legislations/regulations/announcements from pertinent government agencies such as Social Security Organization or, insurance, etc.
- Drafting thorough and legal contracts
- Documentation
- Preparing meticulous executive letters/reports
- Designing company chart/regulations/work-flow
- Planning recreational events for employees
