*Minimum of 10 years of verifiable experience in managing manufacturing operations
*Prior experience in managing copper production plants or copper wire/rod manufacturing is considered a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities
*Managing and supervising production planning, reorder points, procurement of raw materials, logistics, and proper warehousing practices
*Overseeing production efficiency, productivity, and scheduling
*Managing and monitoring product quality, quality control processes, laboratory operations, and ensuring compliance with defined quality standards
*Forecasting resources, preparing budgets, overseeing accounting, financial management, cost control, and proposing effective solutions to reduce costs, optimize consumption, and minimize waste
*Full responsibility for human resources management, including recruitment, training & development, compensation, performance evaluation, and employee welfare
*Contributing to the development of the factory’s strategic plans and supervising their execution
*Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental (HSE) standards across all factory processes
*Identifying operational risks and opportunities and providing actionable plans
*Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and governmental requirements
*Safeguarding company assets and property
*Maintaining continuous communication with cross-functional departments, especially management, sales, and finance
*Establishing effective communication with contractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders
*Developing, implementing, and monitoring all policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
*Strong proficiency in financial, warehouse, production management, and project management software
*Leading and managing operations with strong leadership and managerial skills
*Applying systematic and process-oriented thinking in factory operations
*Demonstrating strong communication and negotiation skills at a managerial level
*High-level decision-making and problem-solving abilities
*Adequate technical knowledge of production machinery, equipment, and technical processes
*Solid expertise in human resource management within industrial environments
*Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, executive guidelines, and compliance requirements
*Understanding of product cost structure and contributing factors
*Strong data analysis skills and ability to deliver analytical and management reports
*Ability to manage conflicts and crises within manufacturing environments
Technical and Industry-Specific Competencies
*Full familiarity with: Upcast process, casting processes, shaft furnaces and holding furnaces for copper cathode melting, and CNC machining
*Proficiency in quality control systems, including ISO 9001 and 5S methodology
*Strong capability in resource planning, production data analysis, and management of operational teams
*Leadership qualities with a strong sense of discipline, productivity, and quick decision-making
*Planning, directing, and controlling all activities related to production, quality control, warehousing, and handling of raw materials and final products
*Monitoring the efficiency of production lines and ensuring compliance with production schedules
*Optimizing manufacturing processes to reduce waste and increase operational efficiency
*Coordinating with technical, design, procurement, and sales departments to execute factory strategies
*Ensuring adherence to national and international quality and manufacturing standards
*Managing workforce performance, training key production personnel, and overseeing operator efficiency
*Cost analysis, inventory control, and preparation of executive-level management reports for the CEO and Deputy Director
*Executing all operational policies and directives issued by the CEO and Deputy Director
*Full supervision over incoming raw materials, outgoing finished products, and all warehouse activities
