Job Description
To plan, direct, and control all factory operations including production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse activities in order to achieve production targets, quality standards, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Production Management
Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities
Ensure production targets are achieved in terms of quantity and quality
Improve productivity and reduce waste
Optimize manufacturing processes
People Management
Lead and manage factory personnel
Monitor and evaluate employee performance
Maintain discipline and a positive work environment
Identify training and development needs
Maintenance Management
Ensure proper functioning of machinery and equipment
Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs
Minimize downtime
Quality Management
Ensure compliance with quality standards
Reduce defects and rework
Work closely with Quality Control team
Cost and Performance Management
Control production costs
Improve operational efficiency
Analyze production KPIs and performance
Reporting
Prepare and present performance reports to senior management
Monitor and analyze factory performance metrics
