Job Description

•Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Solid experience in managerial or supervisory position.
• Planning, permitting and operational experience in plant operations
would be an advantage.
• Strong people management and interpersonal skills, with cultural
sensitivity and strong social competences.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team, in multicultural environment.
• Highly motivated and results orientated.
• Ability to find solutions and proactively solve problems.
• Ability to manage projects and drive to completion.
• Effective planning and project management skills.
• Excellent management skills: supervising, monitoring, team
building and solving team issues.
• Ability to effectively communicate with a professional group
environment and local communities.
•Excellent command of both oral and written local language and
English are required.
• Good command of both oral and written additional language is beneficial.
• Available to travel occasionally within region, as required, to
support the business.
