Job Description
Job Mission:
To plan, direct, and oversee all manufacturing operations, quality control activities, equipment maintenance, human resource management, and to ensure overall factory productivity and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize, lead, and supervise the performance of teams under management to achieve organizational goals and operational plans.
• Oversee the entire production process and enhance factory productivity and operational efficiency.
• Optimize production efficiency and minimize waste.
• Control production and operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and workplace safety requirements.
• Manage and organize personnel across factory units.
• Coordinate effectively with Planning, Sales, and Finance departments.
• Prepare and present periodic production and financial reports to the CEO.
• Develop and analyze productivity and performance indicators.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Age between 35 and 45 years.
• Gender: Male.
• Minimum of 8 years of managerial experience in food manufacturing factories (preferably in rice or grain industries).
• Familiarity with food safety and quality standards such as HACCP and ISO 9001.
• Strong team management capability.
• Proficiency in data analysis and cost control.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Responsible, results-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
