● Supervise and manage the activities of the sales team in order to achieve annual sales volume objectives for a specific product portfolio while remaining within an agreed cost budget and respecting ethical guidelines defined by the company.

Requirements
● MD, Pharmacist, DVM, or at least a Master's degree in related Medical Science fields.
● At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies.
● Experience in people management and team leadership
● Excellent interpersonal savvy.
● Strong focus on continuous learning.
● At least Upper-intermediate level of English, both written and verbal.
● Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
● Flexibility to travel across the assigned district.
