Your new role:

As a Medical Sales Representative at Novo Nordisk, you will:
• Promote Novo Nordisk products and develop business relationships with primary care healthcare professionals and diabetes specialists.
• Develop, implement, and update territory business plans to drive sales results.
• Engage in activities based on Novo Nordisk's portfolio strategies to generate advocacy for our products aligned with the regional sales plan.
• Provide quality medical and scientific assistance, education, and training to internal and external customers.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule and present the territo-ry’s potential, track sales, and status reports.

Your new department:

Join our dynamic sales department based in Tehran, where we are dedicated to promoting and selling Novo Nordisk's innovative products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and other public institutions. Our team is committed to developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying potential customers, and managing existing customer relationships. With a focus on collaboration and excellence, we strive to create value for diabetic patients and contribute to the success of Novo Nordisk.

Your skills & qualifications:

• Higher education - Bachelor’s degree is minimum, Master’s degree will be an advantage.
• 2 to 3 years of previous experience in pharmaceutical industry, experience in multina-tional company will be an advantage.
• Previous knowledge and experience in diabetes will be an advantage.
• Great computer skills.
• A good level of English skills, both written and oral.
