Qualifying conditions:
- 5 years of work experience in a pharmaceutical company is required
- Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry
Familiarity with GMP requirements and regulatory principles
- Team management, planning and problem solving ability
- High accuracy, responsibility and proper communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete mastery over the development of all active ingredient analysis methods, production steps, final product and cleaning methods.
Complete mastery of troubleshooting methods of analysis of active ingredient and final product
Full familiarity with HPLC, GC, IR, UV and dissolution devices
Complete mastery of validation & verification processes of analysis methods
Complete mastery of writing and reviewing documentation of analysis methods and transfer of technology to relevant units
Knowing and using USP and EP pharmacopoeias
The ability to plan the activities of the research and development laboratory in accordance with the unit's grand plans
Checking, interpreting and verifying the results of chemical and pharmaceutical analyses
Training and guidance of subcategory experts
Participation in new product development and process improvement projects
Ensuring compliance of activities with GMP and regulatory requirements
