Job Description

*Role Description

  • Determine the overall sales target for the region.
  • Identify sales potential by province and industry group.
  • Coordinate with the marketing department, especially to create a list of potential customers.
  • Monitor performance and control deviations from regional targets.
  • Monitor and control the amount of sediment in the region.
  • Monitor and control the collection of regional receivables and resolve financial discrepancies of subsidiary agencies.
  • Monitor and control the amount of complaints in the region.
  • Monitor regional operational centers with the aim of controlling SLA.
  • Holding negotiation meetings with customers to conclude agreements


*Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Industrial Engineering or other related fields.
  • Skilled in team leadership, sales planning, negotiation and market analysis
  • Mastery of distribution structure, consumer behavior and importance in sales
  • Results-oriented, agile and familiar with regional market challenges
  • Strong negotiation and customer communication skills
  • Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies
  • At least 10 years of work experience
