As a part of Legal & Compliance and Quality department, you will be the point of contact for all departments and business units of Novo Nordisk Iran on quality matters, having the opportunity to enjoy cross-functional work. In addition, you will get to collaborate with other international stakeholders and teams to drive Quality.
The Position
As a Quality Manager in the Tehran Affiliate, you will be responsible for daily-basis coordination in Quality Assurance (QA), handling quality tasks, identifying risks, and conducting the implementation of all quality compliance-related processes in the organisation.
Moreover, your primary tasks will include:
• Monitor and ensure compliance with external and internal requirements;
• Assess quality risks and lead Quality Management Reviews with senior management;
• Ensure continuous development of Quality Management System including Novo Nordisk marketing authorizations and license to operate in Iran;
• Conduct Good Distribution Practice (GDP) audits and inspections;
• Manage recall/shortage situations and Manage quality aspects of product release to the market;
• Ensure compliance with distribution and storage requirements, including repackaging of NN marketed product and Safeguard compliance through hands-on deviation and change control handling.

Requirements
• University degree in Pharmacy or other relevant Science degrees such as Chemistry or …;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality roles in pharmaceutical industry (3 years of experience as a Quality Manager is a big plus).
• Extensive understanding of Quality Management Systems and GDP requirements.
• Significant leadership capabilities to lead the team effectively and influence stakeholders.
• Great communication skills and ability to explain complex matters to a broad audience.
• Fluency in English (both written and oral) would be expected.
