Summary:

In Roche Pars Early in Career Program, we aim to educate fresh graduates for the future position of an application specialist. The application specialist will ensure the delivery of best-in-class application support and a differentiated customer experience. The application specialist will offer application and software support for the assigned portfolio while working closely with the sales and field service teams, to deliver high-value service and solution offerings in addition to implementing Roche Global application standards, guaranteeing appropriate case reporting and follow-up, and collaborating with the sales team on channel-filling opportunities.

The intern of the application team reports to the application specialist.

Challenges:

The intern should get educated to:

  • Perform instrument training, configuration, and instrument commissioning for new installations.
  • Respect and apply the customer support and call center standards.
  • Drive continuous education programs for customers (QC, troubleshooting, and accreditation).
  • Collect market data and competition activities.
  • Flexibility regarding regular travel throughout Iran and spending significant time away from home during the working days.

Requirements

Who You Are:

  • You hold a Bachelor's or higher university degree in Life Sciences, Laboratory, or Biomedical Engineering.
  • You have effective communication, managing customer expectations, and conveying empathy.
  • You have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google C-Suites.
  • You are fluent in Farsi, and at least upper intermediate in English (writing and speaking).
