Job Title: Training Manager

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, organized, and capable Training Manager to lead the design, planning, and implementation of the organization’s learning and development processes. The selected candidate will play a key role in enhancing employee skills, developing learning pathways, and ensuring the quality of training programs.

Responsibilities:
• Designing and developing the organization’s training strategy and roadmap
• Conducting training needs analyses and preparing annual learning plans
• Managing, planning, and overseeing internal and external training programs
• Evaluating training effectiveness and providing performance reports and metrics
• Developing a pool of trainers and maintaining relationships with reputable training institutions
• Managing the training budget and improving resource efficiency
• Designing individual and professional development systems (IDP, Career Path)

Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or HRD
• Strong knowledge of L&D concepts, competency models, training KPIs, and skill-building program design
• Proven ability in project management, planning, and professional reporting
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Office software and LMS platforms
• Relevant academic degree (Management, HR, Psychology, or related fields)
