Job Description

Job Mission:
Design, implementation and continuous improvement of human resources processes, training systems, competency development and organizational learning using artificial intelligence, data-driven and new technologies in order to increase the productivity of human capital and align the capabilities of employees with the strategic goals of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1- Formulating the strategy of training and development of human resources based on the organization's major goals
2- Implementation and use of artificial intelligence tools in the following areas:
- Smart educational needs assessment
- Suggesting personalized learning paths (Personalized Learning Paths)
- Analysis of training effectiveness (Learning Analytics)
3- Manager training in the field of:
- Data-driven thinking
- Practical use of artificial intelligence in decision making and team management
4- Measuring ROI of trainings and presenting analytical reports to senior management
5- Continuous improvement of processes based on data analysis and feedback
6- Promoting the use of digital tools and artificial intelligence in learning

Qualifying conditions:
1- The ability to work practically with artificial intelligence tools (not just theoretical knowledge)
2- Experience using AI in at least one of the following:
- HR Analytics
- Designing or personalizing trainings
- Production of intelligent educational content
3- The ability to define use cases of artificial intelligence in education and development
4- Effective cooperation with the IT team to implement AI solutions
5- Getting to know the concepts:
- Machine Learning (as applicable)
- Prompt Engineering
- Ethics and data security in AI
