We are looking for a key teammate to join our bread and pastry training programs at our pastry and bakery institute.
This role goes beyond traditional management.
We are not looking for someone who does everything personally.
We are looking for someone who builds systems, coordinates people, and protects the quality of education.
You will act as the connecting point between instructors, the executive team, and management.
Your strength lies in moving multiple departments and projects forward simultaneously—without sacrificing structure, quality, or team harmony.
Your mission is to create clear, reliable processes so that work flows smoothly, predictably, and independently of individuals.
Key Responsibilities
Education Architecture
Design and manage the educational calendar
Ensure consistent quality across all courses and programs
Operations Management
Oversee daily operations of the academy
Ensure decisions are implemented accurately and on time
People & Team Coordination
Facilitate effective communication between instructors, support teams, and operations
Maintain a healthy, respectful, and collaborative working environment
Continuous Improvement
Analyze trends and operational challenges
Improve educational programs and internal processes continuously
System Building
Document, standardize, and systemize recurring tasks and workflows
This Role Is a Good Fit If You:
Have at least 3 years of experience in education, operations, or management
Believe in delegation and follow-up, not doing everything yourself
Can manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
Are a decision-maker and problem-solver, not just an executor
Value transparency, documentation, and data-informed decisions

Are uncomfortable with change and growth
Prefer to control every detail personally (micromanagement)
