
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
•Partner with leadership to design, implement, and monitor HR and OD strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
•Design and deploy career frameworks, mentorship and coaching programs, and growth opportunities for all employee levels.
•Analyze organizational structures and recommend redesigns to improve alignment with strategy, decision-making, and workforce capacity.
•Develop and maintain competency models and job architectures tailored to organizational needs.
•Oversee the process of developing and updating job descriptions and job requirements, ensuring alignment with structure and competencies.
•Manage the learning needs assessment process, training design, delivery, and learning effectiveness evaluation (ROI).
•Design and implement organization-wide employee engagement and satisfaction surveys, analyze insights, and recommend improvement actions.
•Oversee the design and execution of leadership, communication, teamwork, and engagement workshops and seminars.
•Lead the development and implementation of the annual Learning & Growth Roadmap.
•Manage the full performance management cycle, including goal setting, evaluation, feedback, and development planning.
•Integrate learning and performance data through HRIS/LMS systems to support data-driven development decisions.
•Collaborate with senior leaders on key OD interventions such as change management, succession planning, and culture enhancement initiatives.
•Continuously monitor global OD and talent development trends and transfer best practices into the organization.
Required Skills & Experience:
•12+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Development, or Leadership Development roles.
•Proven experience in building and implementing competency frameworks, career architecture, and succession planning programs.
•Strong grounding in change management, group dynamics, and organizational/behavioral psychology.
•Skilled in designing and facilitating learning experiences for executives and employees at all levels.
•Hands-on experience with psychometric tools such as MBTI, Hogan, DISC, 16PF, or equivalent.
•Experience working with LMS and HRIS platforms and applying analytics to HR and learning data.
•Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
•Familiarity with key organizational effectiveness metrics (e.g., KPIs, Engagement Index, Learning ROI).
•Curious, creative, culturally aware, and deeply committed to continuous learning and self-development.
•Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written communication).
•Strong interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
