
Job Description
We are seeking an agile and experienced Organizational Learning and Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving organizational change initiatives, enhancing cross-functional efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational development strategies, and design comprehensive training programs aligned with company goals.
Change Management: Lead and manage change initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
Learning Programs: Design and execute learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HRBPs, Cluster Talent Management team, division leaders, and employees to promote a culture of learning and development.
Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators to measure the success of development initiatives.
Coaching & Mentoring: Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their career growth and development.
Needs Assessment: Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
Content Creation: Develop engaging training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.
Facilitation: Lead training sessions and workshops, ensuring effective delivery and engagement.
Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
Continuous Improvement: Update training programs to reflect industry trends and and HR best practices.
Collaboration: Work closely with HRBPs, department heads, and employees to ensure training programs meet organizational needs.
Requirements:
Education: Master’s degree, preferably in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in organizational development and change management.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels.
Language: Proficiency in English is required.
