Job Description

● Manage, organize and coordinate meetings. ● Plan for all daily and weekly monthly tasks. ● Respond to the colleagues of the organization regarding the guidance related to the units of the digital deputy and deputy authority and their guidance and direction. ● Check the arrival and departure times of the people of the sub-groups and prepare reports. ● Attend meetings based on management's discretion and writing minutes and following up on approvals. ● Prepare requested reports and investigations. ● Review received emails related to the deputy official, preparing a list of actions and planning them. ● Coordinate the sending of contracts and packages for institutional clients throughout the year.

Requirements

● Ability to manage time and deadlines. ● Having a structured and organized mind. ● High emotional intelligence. ● Proficient in English. ● High communication skills. ● Interested in learning and growing in business management or advertising and marketing.
