Our company is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and organized Executive Assistant to the CEO. We are looking for someone capable of managing daily tasks, coordinating administrative activities, and handling professional communications. Responsibilities:
● Scheduling, coordinating, and organizing meetings for the CEO
● Recording and documenting incoming and outgoing emails based on date, sender, subject, and other required details
● Preparing and submitting daily reports to the CEO
● Supervising administrative tasks and workflow within the office
● Handling visa applications for head office visitors and coordinating airport transfers, CIP services, and accommodation
● Planning and executing internal company events and activities
● Performing day-to-day HR-related tasks or any other tasks requested by the CEO
● Supervising office services and managing matters related to foreign managers’ apartments
Requirements:
● Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
● Preferably more than two years of relevant work experience
● Advanced proficiency in ICDL skills
● Upper-intermediate level English proficiency
● Strong understanding of administrative processes and procedures
● Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
● Hardworking, detail-oriented, and responsible
● Excellent communication skills
● Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
