Executive Assistant to the CEO (Tehran Office)

About the Company:
BOEN International is a leading supplier of raw materials for power generation, oil, gas, and petrochemical industries. With our main operations based in Shanghai, China and continued growth in Iran, we are seeking dynamic talent to support our cross-border business expansion.
Job Summary:
As the key link between the Shanghai-based CEO and the Tehran office, you will ensure smooth communication and support remote management of our growing Iran team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary contact between the CEO and Iran team, facilitating smooth communication between Tehran office and Shanghai office.
• Oversee daily operations of the Tehran office to ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, business travel and appointments in Iran.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing and sales
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
• International work experience is a plus.
