Requirements:

  • Education and work experience.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Management, English, Public Relations, or related fields.
  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience in similar job positions in reputable companies.

Language and Communication Skills:

  • Adequate command of conversational English and the ability to communicate effectively in telephone calls and daily correspondence.
  • Excellent skills in writing and drafting letters, emails, and official reports.
  • Ability to professionally answer telephone calls and communicate with customers, business partners, and clients.

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage meetings, documents, and administrative matters.
  • Ability to interact professionally with the CEO, board members, and other senior managers.
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changes in the work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage CEO correspondence, calls, and meetings.
  • Arrange and monitor daily schedules and meeting calendars.
  • Coordinate the entry and exit of guests and clients to the CEO's office.
  • Follow up on administrative matters and communicate with other departments of the organization.
