At Danayan Financial Group, we are looking for a motivated colleague as a CEO Assistant. One of the most important qualifications of this job position is high accuracy and responsibility in doing things. If you have good communication skills and are an accurate and organized person, we are waiting for you. Operational responsibilities: ● Draft initial and reactive mail and email communications to streamline and prioritize executive time; serve as the single point of contact for subsequent communications after initial contact with the executive. ● Execute and set the strategic direction for the corporate calendar. ● Regularly communicate with stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment. ● Communicate changes with empathy and respect. ● Actively participate and communicate with a team of executive assistants to maintain cross-functional alignment, standardize processes and procedures, and ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

● Prioritization and problem-solving skills. ● Polished executive presence. ● Expert communication. ● Integrity and discretion. ● Accurate and disciplined. ● More than three years of experience providing executive support to the CEO or equivalent. ● Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. ● Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with a high aptitude for learning new software and systems ● Expert use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. ● Demonstrated knowledge of social, digital, and other emerging technologies preferred. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work interactively and proactively with executives at all levels in the organization. ● Available after hours as needed.
