Job Description
We are looking for a technical talent acquisition specialist to join our HR department. Technical recruiter's responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our Tech department.
Responsibilities:
● Consult and support hiring managers to recruit the best available talents for vacant positions in the technology department.
● Follow end to end of the recruitment process from hiring request, CV sourcing, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
● Conduct different interview methods such as behavioral, group, and panel interviews, etc.
● Coordinate with tech leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
● Communicate with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
● Write job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
● Screen applicants for competency with the job requirements.
● Arrange telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
● Perform background and reference checks.
● Present the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
● Offer job positions and complete the relevant paperwork.
● Keep track of all applicants as well as keep applicants informed on the application process.
