The key tasks and responsibilities of this position are as follows:
- To execute the WFP project to determine the annual needs of different departments and pursue the employment need status of units based on the WFP.
- To examine the job description and qualifications by receiving the job description from the organization development unit and holding meetings with the relevant manager.
- To prepare the applied resources to proportionate to the intended job through job-finding websites, headhunts, referrals, etc.
- To prepare and publish job advertisements on social networks and relevant websites.
- To screen the received resumes.
- To manager phone interviews and check the qualifications via phone calls.
- To perform the HR competency-based interview and, in the case of the approval of all stages, offering the job to the job-seekers.
- To execute onboarding processes, such as preparing the workplace, executing needed coordination with the relevant manager, and preparing the relevant equipment.
- To prepare and adjust the employment reports.
- To perform the employer brand-related affairs.
- To execute the promotion and improvement-related processes.
- To execute necessary activities regarding interns.
