A career as a ZARRIN Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide the opportunity to develop deep knowledge and skillsets in 1 or more HR fields (e.g. Talent Practice, Talent Management, Talent Sourcing, Succession Management …). Your work might span local or regional scopes and projects.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist in our Human Resources Department, your key responsibilities will include:
● Improving day to day operations in ZARRIN’s recruitment and selection process
● Managing the end-to-end recruitment process guiding all vested parties on the job posting, sourcing strategies, and onboarding process.
● Collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure ZARRIN is able to continue hiring the best-qualified candidates into the company
● Generating, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy of dashboards, scorecards, and databases used in the end-to-end recruitment process
● Providing planning, logistics, and administrative support in the execution of various local and global initiatives in talent supply.
● Providing state of the art controls support in the end-to-end operations of ZARRIN’s recruitment process
You will participate in other HR projects, including but not limited to:
● Talent and succession management.
● Development of contemporary strategies and cost-efficient execution plans for the recruitment Process.
● Develop or implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs.
● Implementation of HR/Workforce planning requirements (Recruitment plan).
● Develop and implement Employer Branding strategies.
