Job Description

• Ensure order validation, compliance, and approvals before applying for order entry and collecting all required documents.
• Manage the entire process of fulfilling a customer order from inquiry to allocation and shipment to ensure those customer requirements are met.
• Monitor customers over dues, and proactive payment follow-up with the customers.
• Manage logistical issues with customers, service providers, delivery sites, and other concerned parties (incl. NCM handling).
• Work with credit management, logistics, accounting, sales, and other functions within the business.
