Job Description
- Ensure order validation, compliance, and approvals before applying for order entry and collecting all required documents.
- Manage the entire process of fulfilling a customer order from inquiry to allocation and shipment to ensure those customer requirements are met.
- Monitor customers over dues, and proactive payment follow-up with the customers.
- Manage logistical issues with customers, service providers, delivery sites, and other concerned parties (incl. NCM handling).
- Work with credit management, logistics, accounting, sales, and other functions within the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or Chemistry.
- Experience in customer support and service, logistics preferably in a multinational company.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong communication skills.
- Teamwork ability.
