Job Description

We are seeking a motivated social media specialist to effectively engage with targeted virtual communities and network users. Our objective is to achieve exceptional customer engagement, foster intimacy, drive website traffic, and increase revenue through strategic utilization of the social media marketing roadmap.  As a representative of our brand, you will actively participate in relevant conversations, gently promoting our products while providing support to existing and potential customers

  • Social Media Strategy Development: Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the organization's goals and target audience. Identify target audience segments and create tailored content strategies to engage and grow the community.
  • Content Creation and Curation: Create high-quality, engaging, and shareable content across various social media platforms (text, images, videos, etc.). Curate relevant and engaging content from external sources to supplement original content. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, design, and creative, to ensure social media strategies align with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts and profiles, ensuring consistent branding, tone, and voice. Schedule and publish content, monitor comments and messages, and respond promptly and professionally. Moderate user-generated content to maintain a positive and inclusive online community.
  • Audience Engagement and Growth: Develop strategies to increase audience engagement, reach, and followership. Interact with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Collaborate with social media influencers and brand advocates to amplify brand awareness and engage with target audiences Identify and leverage social media trends, hashtags, and viral content to boost engagement.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, content, and engagement, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders. Monitor social media metrics, track performance, and generate reports on Key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze data to identify insights, trends, and areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies, content, and campaigns. Monitor competitors and businesses to apply better strategies for social media.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices. Research and evaluate emerging social media tools, features, and advertising opportunities. Make recommendations for incorporating new strategies and technologies into the social media plan.

Requirements

Must Haves:

  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
  • 7+ years of experience in developing and executing social media strategies and action plans in a digital environment.
