Job Description

● Analyze the labor market for the organization. ● Organize recruitment processes. ● Form requirements for a vacant position (profession, specialty) and their correction. ● Analyze the labor market and personnel of the organization according to the profile of the vacant position (profession, specialty). ● Ensure timely filling of vacancies. ● Search internal and external sources of information about candidates that meet the requirements of the vacant position (profession, specialty). ● Post information about a vacant position (profession, specialty) in the media. ● Conduct interviews and meetings with candidates for vacant positions (profession, specialty) with feedback. ● Assess the compliance of candidates with the requirements of a vacant position (profession, specialty). ● Consolidate information about vacant positions (professions, specialties) and candidates. ● Organize the processes of adaptation and training of personnel.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields. ● Advanced training programs. ● Professional retraining programs in searching and selecting personnel. ● At least 3 years of work experience in related areas. ● Knowledge of English and Russian: at least an intermediate level.
