Job Description

Objective: We are hiring a number of sales and marketing experts in different lines (dermatology, ophthalmology, and optical). He/She is responsible for all sales and marketing activities including sales planning, sales regular visits, marketing activities, selling and increasing the sales numbers and expanding the region allocated to him/her, and report preparation as well as debt collection in assigned accounts in the field. He/She is reporting directly to the sales manager and managing director. Main Responsibilities: ● Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned. ● Visit sales targets on a regular basis (hospitals, clinics, and doctor offices in two times in the morning and afternoon and needs to be flexible to the last visit in the afternoon time). ● Present and sell company products to current and potential clients. ● Develop current product knowledge and demonstrate this knowledge to clients, in order to persuade them that a product meets their needs in terms of quality, function, and price. ● Negotiate and close sales by agreeing to terms and conditions. ● Responsible for technical training of devices for surgeons and all staff. ● Follow up on the collection of payments. ● Participate in marketing events, such as seminars, trade shows, and professional conferences. ● Participate in market research in the case of need and market development. ● Gather and deliver the related information of the related market based on the requested plan in case of need.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical, Biology, or Health Care fields, or other related fields. ● At least 5 years of valid sales experience with incredible companies. ● Travel ability and flexibility to the number of business travel to different cities in a month. ● Flexible to changes and work under pressure. ● Result and goal-oriented. ● High personal motivation and a sense of urgency.
