Job Description

● Apply territory planning to get the maximum use of time and best area coverage for both doctors and pharmacists. ● Regular visits to doctors and pharmacies to monitor product availability. ● Manage sales promotion of assigned products. ● Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure the ability to understand and explain product information and to answer any questions regarding the products. ● Increase sales to the maximum and maximize the efforts to achieve the target within the assigned area. ● Solve any issues with doctors and pharmacists within the assigned area. ● Survey market demands and reports to the company. ● Inspect doctors and pharmacies in the assigned territory to make sure of product availability. ● Participate in daily and/or weekly meetings and training programs. ● Prepare detailed work reports and regular reports of daily activities. ● Deal with opinion leaders and gets market feedback. ● Identify business opportunities within the respective area. ● Show high cooperation to reach marketing plans in the market as qualified as possible. ● Achieve targeted (75%) coverage of the assigned area of doctors and pharmacies. ● Identify business opportunities within the respective area. ● Report to the district sales manager.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medical Sciences or Medical Management. ● Excellent communication and presentation skills. ● An outgoing and persuasive manner and negotiating skills. ● Sales and customer relationship skills. ● Confidence and persistence. ● Patience and self-motivation. ● Analytical and planning skills. ● Flexible approach to work in order to adapt to changes. ● Strong teamwork and networking skills. ● Domination of the assigned area. ● Familiar with sales and marketing skills. ● Proper Excel skills. ● Professional mathematical calculations. ● Disciplined and persevering. ● Modified and committed. ● Looking for growth. ● Good knowledge of English.
