Job Description

Tarabar Condor Iranian is a growing commercial and transportation company in Iran with its head office based in Salzburg, Austria, and offices in France and Russia, respectively. As our new senior sales and marketing executive, you will play a critical role on the team by being responsible for researching, identifying, and attracting new Condor partnerships in your assigned market. The objective of the role: The senior sales and marketing executive is responsible for directing sales efforts to expand the company’s customer base for their asset businesses within the local and international markets. Responsibilities: ● Dedicated sales performance against assigned targets. ● Provide documented activity reports or analysis of sales efforts on a weekly and monthly basis. ● Prepare and attend client meetings, fairs and conferences locally and internationally. ● Generate net new business and ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded across all lines of business. ● Work closely with the Condor headquarters team in Austria and external customers as an integral part of an aggressive growth plan in Iran. ● Report to the sales director. ● Probation period: 3 months. ● Working hours: Sunday to Thursday from 8:00 to 17:00. ● Salary: Fixed + commisions. ● Location: Sa'adat Abad, Tehran. ● Travel requirements: May be assigned when required.

Requirements

● At least 3 years of experience as a sales executive in a freight forwarding company. ● Have good know-how of the service providers. ● Proven sales background in air, road, and sea transportation. ● Good knowledge of shipping documents with an existing client base. ● Substantial knowledge of import procedures and regulations (order registration, customs clearance, etc.). ● Good communication skills. ● Good command of Excel and PowerPoint. ● Self-driven and team motivated. ● Fluent in English (German is a plus). ● FIATA diploma seen as a bonus.
