Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related fields.
● At least 4 years of experience in related fields.
● Familiar with all human resources processes including job analysis, recruitment, development, performance evaluation, compensation, and talent management.
● Proficiency in MS Office.
● Advanced in English.
● Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations, and staffing principles.
● Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
● Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
● Excellent written and verbal communication.
● Accurate, consistent, patient, and flexible.
● Excellent communication and people skills.
