Goldiran Development Group Company, as Goldiran Holding Company, is looking for a Senior HR Generalist who will be responsible for the following:
● Implement talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
● Implement compensation and benefits, administer contract and payroll process, and provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and total rewards resolve any issues that may arise, and ensure compliance of all processes with labor regulations.
● Ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential, you’ll also act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics. The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
● Implement training and development plans.
● Prepare pay budgets, monitor and schedule individual pay actions.
● Assist in the development and implementation of human resources policies.
● Undertake tasks around all aspects of performance management.
● Provide and follow up all personnel’s insurance such as social security insurance - supplementary insurance - civil liability insurance, etc.
● Prepare and update job descriptions and job specifications.
● Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related fields.
● At least 4 years of experience in related fields.
● Familiar with all human resources processes including job analysis, recruitment, development, performance evaluation, compensation, and talent management.
● Proficiency in MS Office.
● Advanced in English.
● Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations, and staffing principles.
● Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
● Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
● Excellent written and verbal communication.
