Job Description

Implementing HRD functions such as:

  • Job analysis and job evaluation.
  • Competency model and align HRD systems with the competency model.
  • Performance management system in 3 levels (individual, team, organization).
  • KPI and OKR for jobs, department, and organization levels.
  • Training system based on ISO 10015:2019 standard.
  • IDP, LDP, and PDP.
  • Talent management, succession planning, and career path.
  • Employee experience and employee engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or an MBA graduate.
  • At least 5 years of human resources management experience.

Skills/Abilities:

  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to be resilient about the organization’s quick changes.
  • English skills: UI level (reading comprehension, translating, speaking, and writing).
