Job Description

- Re-engineering, design, establish and improve organizational structure and business processes - Documenting AS-IS and TO-BE processes using BPMN2 - Process analysis and system design in accordance with QMS and establish the organization system based on APQC and PMBOK, APQC standards - Implementing, maintaining and improving ERP system and business intelligence - Manage process and system improvement projects - Audit & assess business process deployments and refining and supervision of procedures' implementation in the organization - Prepare project status & analytic reports about progress and delay in project - Prepare dashboards that provide valuable insights and visualization into performance based on EVM

Requirements

Education: - Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, MBA and other related fields Experience: - Minimum 3 years of related experience Knowledge & Skills: - Good command of IMS based on ISO 9001:2015, ISO/TS 29001:2010, ISO 55001:2014, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 21500:2012, APQC standards - Good knowledge of project management processes based on PMBOK - Good knowledge of process management and data analysis - Familiar with strategic management and business excellence - Familiar with ERP process design - Familiar with EPC Projects, Job Phases, and Execution Disciplines - Familiar with P6 and MSP - Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word - Fluent in English Behavioral qualities: - Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills - Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking - Excellent project management (planning and execution) skills - Experience in working with cross-functional teams - Active communicating on various levels of the organization
