● Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the CEO.
● Organizing events and conferences.
● Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
● Managing phone and e-mail traffic.
● Welcoming guests.
● Following and realizing the purchasing demands in case of necessity.
● Preparing internal or external meeting minutes.
● Aiding with client reception as needed.
