Job Description

We are looking for an upbeat, well-organized, detail-oriented, and experienced office secretary. ● Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the CEO. ● Organizing events and conferences. ● Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines. ● Managing phone and e-mail traffic. ● Welcoming guests. ● Following and realizing the purchasing demands in case of necessity. ● Preparing internal or external meeting minutes. ● Aiding with client reception as needed.

Requirements

● At least 2 years of experience in a similar job. ● Fluent in English, written and verbal. ● Fluent in MS Office. ● Fast typing skills. ● Multitasking capabilities. ● High level of communication, teamwork, and organization skills. ● Reliable with patience and professionalism. ● Excellent and good verbal communication skills. ● Problem-solving skills. ● Highly motivated.
