• Achieving company sales targets within the territory, focusing on key customers.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
• Conducting daily field visits with the sales team to monitor performance and in-store KPIs.
• Providing solutions to achieve sales targets and drive growth.
• Implementing sales fundamentals like Availability, Visibility, and Planogram according to company standards.
• Planning and reviewing sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
• Supervising and motivating the sales team to exceed goals.
Candidate Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in FMCG sales, with strong leadership and coaching skills.
Skills:
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Advanced English proficiency.
