Job Description
- Achieving company sales targets within the territory, focusing on key customers.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
- Conducting daily field visits with the sales team to monitor performance and in-store KPIs.
- Providing solutions to achieve sales targets and drive growth.
- Implementing sales fundamentals like Availability, Visibility, and Planogram according to company standards.
- Planning and reviewing sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
- Supervising and motivating the sales team to exceed goals.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in FMCG sales, with strong leadership and coaching skills.
