The purpose of this position is to actively promote Roche Diagnostics products to all targeted Labs in the designated territory.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage sales, and customer relationships and promote the full range of products to all accounts in the designated territory.
- Achieve the sales targets, gain market share, and meet the related strategic KPIs in assigned territories by implementing the activities and strategies defined.
- Identify new opportunities on the assigned products, driving market introduction and adoption by the Labs, in order to expand the business.
- Stakeholder mapping and decision-making process of accounts to build value and mutually profitable customer relationships.
- Proactively searching for market information and trends, product updates, and competitive information.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with all stakeholders and develop innovative strategies to acquire, grow, and retain business, in line with sales objectives.
- Possess and maintain up-to-date product knowledge and be competent in conducting product presentations to customers.
